"I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Mr James part of State Farm for helping get the best car insurance policy for my new car. He was so quick and made the process so easy. He managed to get me an overly amazing insurance policy and I can’t thank him enough. You think insurance would’ve been high priced?! "Tamara was absolutely awesome to work with. State Farm failed to provide proof of my insurance coverage to my DMV after multiple attempts to get them to do it, which lead to my registration being suspended. Tamara was the most helpful working with me and the DMV to get my registration cleared. She was quick and very thorough and always had consistent and clear communication with me. I am very grateful that she works there. Amazing employee!"

"I have been with State Farm for years mostly with "Mark Crump-State Farm" and I have always had a great experience. The staff is nice and helpful every time I call. "I was involved in a hit and run while I wasn’t in the car. I summit a claim and received a check for my car was totaled. By the grace of God no one was present on the streets or highways for the drunk driver to hit. But I have called, left voicemails several times for coverage for my wheelchair lift. Tamara went over and behind her duties to get some answers for me. She has patients, kindness and willingness to listen to my concerns. Tamara attempted numerous of times trying to get in contact with the claim department with calls, voicemails, emails and still kept in contact with me. Someone finally sented me an update. Thank you Tamara for your Awesome Services! 💜🙏"

"I had a very positive experience. Ms. Carrie Whitlow contacted me in Dec. And informed me about an insurance bundle. I had homeowners and was informed that I could save a considerable amount if I got automobile insurance with State Farm I am very pleased to report that I have saved a considerable amount on both my home and auto (in excess of $500). Carrie was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. On a scale of 10, I'd rate her a 20!! Excellent experience for me. For the 1st time I smiled when renewing my insurance policies. My only wish is to meet Jake from State Farm!!"

"Tamara went above and beyond to ensure my policy reflected the correct coverage. A former employee failed to update my policy. I provided the email confirmation of my change that occurred month ago and Tamara, took it from there. She was very understanding and courteous and she called me with updates AS THEY HAPPENED. I never had to call for follow up or to check the status. Tamara gained my trust and prevented a bad customer experience from occurring. Imagine my surprise on Christmas Eve..... she called to wish me a Merry Christmas! Tamara, your team is very blessed to have you as part of the State Farm Family.."

"Today I met with Tamara to get reimbursed for a recent tow on one of my vehicles. The tow company needed assistance with creating the invoice with all the necessary information on it. Tamara helped including helping me to text and email on my phone haha not so good at my tender age! But she accomplished everything and she is a superstar more than five stars no joke outstanding service today thank you so much Mark Crump and company!"

"Over the last several weeks I have had to work closely with Carrie regarding my mothers' current insurance policy and also establishing a policy for myself.
